Hourly rates can vary depending on the duration of time you require, each hour booked includes up to 15 miles of travel.

If you need to amend an existing booking we ask that you do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment but generally if it’s within an hour of your original reservation this usually isn’t an issue.

Canceling a booking is free up until 1 hour before unless it’s a long distance trip or a hourly reservation for above 2 hours, in this instance a 50% fee applies. 

With a personalised meet & greet service your chauffeur will be waiting for you with your name clearly displayed for all arrivals at airports, railway stations, cruise terminals and coach stations etc.

So there’s no need to worry about locating your chauffeur.
